Director of Music
Christopher studied Music at Jesus College, Oxford, where he was also organ scholar. After winning a music festival class he gave organ recitals at Westminster Abbey and St Stephen Walbrook and has continued to play at the latter every year since. He has also given recitals in Chichester Cathedral, St Martin-in-the-Fields and Queen's College Oxford as well as playing for services in various cathedrals.
Currently he is the Music Director of the Chancel Singers, a cathedral deputising choir, accompanist to Tonbridge Philharmonic Society Choir and Kent Chorus, as well continuo player for the Corelli Ensemble.
Having retired from the teaching profession Christopher is now a freelance musician performing wherever and whenever opportunities arise.
